Job Profile

• Monitoring investigators and operatives
• Leading intervention initiatives 
• Liaising with the police, building a good rapport and network within law enforcement
• Ensure post rescue protocols are followed – First Information Reports have all the necessary laws attached to it
• Closely monitor and work with advocates and public prosecutors to ensure cases are being followed up on 
• Follow up and be present for summons, court dates and case hearings
• Fight bail applications 
• Ensure survivors receive compensation under various government schemes 
• Apply for brothel closures

Position Qualifications 

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Social work /Law
• Working knowledge of women and child Rights and current laws and acts
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi for positions in Maharashtra)
• Prior experience preferred             
• Willing to travel up to 10 days per month
