Locations- Ratlam (MP), Prayagraj, UP, and Kolkata

Job Profile

• Accompany the Freedom Firm team and local police on rescue operations
• Monitor girls after rescue through visits to government homes, and Child Welfare Committees
• Liaise with the probation officers, superintendents of the homes and government officials
• Conduct life skill sessions in shelter homes, conduct or organise workshops
• Visit survivors in their homes in villages to conduct a home investigation, a follow-up visit or accompany girls to their homes
• Appear in court to testiy (if involved in the victim’s rescue)
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for girls
• Accompany victims to the hospital for age verification and arrange for medical care
• Document all interactions with survivors
• Write applications, letters, and reports
• Develop counseling programs for survivors through a variety of creative methods

Position Qualifications 

• Masters in Social Work / Masters in Counseling preferred        
• BSW with experience will be considered                             
• Excellent Hindi and English skills (Marathi for positions in Maharashtra and Bengali for Kolkata)

Requirements

• Extensive travel required
• Creativity and good in arts and crafts
• Prior experience preferred though freshers will also be considered
